You can usually log in to Binance using Google OTP or other methods. The Security Key is a backup key used when OTP login is difficult due to your phone being damaged or lost.

How to Register Binance OTP (How to Issue Security Key)
1. In the Binance app, click on Security > Authenticator App in that order.
2. When the Google OTP app installation link appears, install the app through the link.
3. To register OTP, perform a Binance QR code login. The QR code can be checked by accessing the Binance website.
4. Then a 16-digit backup key will appear. It is recommended to copy and paste this key into a notepad or similar application.
5. Next, perform the 6-digit number verification for Google OTP.
6. Then Google OTP verification is completed.
